Refunds and Withdrawal

What you can claim if something goes wrong with an order, and how to ask for it.

30-day refill
If the count drops within 30 days of delivery we top the shortfall back up at no cost. Email support@socishop.com with your order number.
Orders we fail to deliver
If an order is not delivered within the time stated on its page, you are refunded in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method and may take a few working days to appear, depending on your provider.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services that right ends once performance is complete, provided you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged losing the right. The confirmation at checkout contains that statement. If delivery has not yet started, you can still withdraw.
How to claim
Email support@socishop.com with three things: the address you ordered with, the username the service was for, and the reason. Requests are handled in order.
