This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use Social Media Shop, why it is processed and who it is shared with.
This text describes how the service actually operates. Have it reviewed by a legal professional before you rely on it. Bracketed fields must be completed with your company details.
What we collect
At checkout: your name, email address, and the public username or profile link the service is for. Recorded automatically: your IP address, browser user agent and the page you arrived from (referer). If you open an account we also store your name, email and an irreversibly hashed password; if you use the wallet, your balance and transaction history.
What we never ask for
We never ask for your social media password and never log into your account. Your card number never reaches our systems — it is handled by the payment provider, and we retain only a payment reference.
Why we process it
To fulfil your order, answer support requests, verify payments and prevent fraud, and to keep the records tax and commercial law require.
Who we share it with
Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) to take payment. Our fulfilment supplier (medyabayim.com, Turkey), which receives only your public profile link and the order quantity so the order can be delivered. We do not sell your personal data or pass it on for marketing.
Cookies
The site sets one functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language. There are no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to processing, and ask for portability. Write to support@socishop.com. If you are in the EU you may also complain to your national data protection authority; in Turkey, to the KVKK Authority.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for the period commercial and tax law requires. After that they are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
