Terms of Service

These terms govern the social media growth services sold through SociShop. By placing an order you accept them. An order is governed by the version of these terms in force when it was placed; the date of this version is printed on this page.
What the service is
We sell follower, like, view, comment and subscriber packages for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X and Facebook. Each package states its quantity, price and estimated delivery time on its own page.
Your obligations
You must give a correct username that is yours. Your account has to stay public for the duration of delivery; private accounts cannot receive delivery. You confirm you own the account or act with the owner's permission.
Delivery
Delivery starts after payment is confirmed, usually within 24 hours. How long delivery then takes depends on package size and is stated on the product page. Orders not delivered within the stated time are refunded. An order placed while its package card stated a fixed start time keeps the refund if that start time was missed.
Refill terms
Every package has a refill, provided at SociShop's cost. The refill period is set by the package's USD list price, also for orders paid in another currency: 30 days if the list price is under $100, 90 days from $100 to $299.99, and 365 days at $300 and above. A discount or coupon does not shorten it. The period is recorded on the order when it is placed and does not change afterwards; it starts when delivery finishes. A drop within that period is topped up free of charge, up to the quantity delivered. Refill does not apply if the account is set to private, deleted or restricted by the platform after delivery, or if the drop results from your own actions; a shortfall in delivery is a matter for re-delivery or a refund, not a refill. An order placed before these terms keeps the refill terms stated when it was placed; an order placed while the site stated a refill on every package keeps that refill on the terms stated when it was placed.
Prohibited use
Ordering for accounts you do not own or control, promoting unlawful content, and abusing the system with automated tools are prohibited. Such orders are cancelled without refund.
Limits of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or actions taken by a platform. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Governing law
