These terms govern the social media growth services sold through Social Media Shop. By placing an order you accept them.
This text describes how the service actually operates. Have it reviewed by a legal professional before you rely on it. Bracketed fields must be completed with your company details.
What the service is
We sell follower, like, view, comment and subscriber packages for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X and Facebook. Each package states its quantity, price and estimated delivery time on its own page.
Your obligations
You must give a correct username that is yours. Your account has to stay public for the duration of delivery; private accounts cannot receive delivery. You confirm you own the account or act with the owner's permission.
About platform rules
Services of this kind may conflict with the terms of the social platforms themselves. Any action a platform takes against your account is outside our control and outside our responsibility. Assessing that risk is your decision.
Delivery
Delivery begins once payment is confirmed. How long it takes depends on package size and is stated on the product page. Orders not delivered within the stated time are refunded.
Refill guarantee
Every package carries a 30-day refill guarantee from delivery. If the count drops within that window we top it back up at no cost. The guarantee does not apply if the account is set to private, deleted or restricted by the platform after delivery.
Prohibited use
Ordering for accounts you do not own or control, promoting unlawful content, and abusing the system with automated tools are prohibited. Such orders are cancelled without refund.
Limits of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or actions taken by a platform. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Governing law
