Distance Sales Terms

These terms govern orders placed through this site between the seller and the buyer. Placing an order means accepting them.
This text describes how the service actually operates. Have it reviewed by a legal professional before you rely on it. Bracketed fields must be completed with your company details.
Parties
The seller is the legal entity identified on the Legal Notice page. The buyer is the person purchasing the service using the details given in the order form.
Subject
The subject is the supply of a digital service of the stated type and quantity on the selected social platform. It is applied to the public username or link the buyer provides. An account password is never requested at any stage and must not be given if anyone asks for one.
Price and payment
The price is the amount shown on the page at the time of ordering, displayed in the currency of the visitor's country. Payment is taken through Stripe or PayPal, or another offered method. Tax treatment follows the legal entity's details on the Legal Notice page.
Delivery
Delivery begins once payment is confirmed. The estimate is stated on each package's own page and varies with package size. The account must remain public for the duration of delivery.
Right of withdrawal and its exception
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. That right ends for services that begin and are fully performed with the consumer's express prior consent (EU Directive 2011/83 Art. 16; in Turkey, Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15). Because you consent to delivery starting immediately when you order, withdrawal is not available once delivery has begun. Orders not delivered, or delivered short, are covered by the Refund and Refill Policy.
