The short answer: the total follower number shown on your profile right now. TikTok does not keep a separate "organic followers" counter for the LIVE threshold; the system reads your account's current follower count, full stop. Technically, that means purchased followers appear in that number too — hiding this would not be honesty, and the rest of this article is about what follows from it.
